X-Digital wideband technology gives these controllers the ability to read and report values that other controllers do not, which can deliver more optimized engine tuning and a safer overall operating condition.
It supports vehicle/system voltages up to 16V, and can be used on EFI or carbureted applications, and dynamometers in applications using gasoline, methanol, ethanol, Diesel, propane and CNG. AEMnet allows additional X-Series Wideband Controllers to be daisy chained together (up to 16 cylinders) for recording AFR in multiple cylinders.

The gauge includes a 0-5v and RS232 Serial Port output for feedback control and data logging, and an AEMnet (CANbus) output for data logging. Locking connectors ensure a positive connection between the harnesses and gauge and a new single board design adds to the new gauge’s durability. A black bezel and black dual-faced faceplate for air/fuel and Lambda are included, and an optional silver bezel with white dual-faced air/fuel and Lambda faceplate is available (PN 30-0300-ACC, sold separately). The X-Series Wideband UEGO AFR Gauge has a user configurable display via buttons on the gauge face that allow you to change AFR values for different fuels, Lambda or O2%, change the center display to three or four digits, perform a free-air calibration if desired as the sensor ages, and change the CAN message ID when linking multiple X-Series Inline Controllers or X-Series Controller Gauges. 200-inches dramatically increases its application base and potential mounting locations. If you are not in a hurry then I can give you a boss for free, im replacing it with a innovate guage as it integrates with Nistune mapping software better as im about to self map, if you are not using Nistune software I dont think this will matter to you. I will email you pictures of the guage tommorrow as its dark and my phone camera is shit. Il take fitting pictures when I pull it out the car if you buy it.
Then all you have to do is connect Ignition live and good earth just like any other guage, thats it! No arsing about setting it up or anything just plug and play unlike the latest innovate guages that need regular calibrating.

I paid someone £20 to drill a hole and weld in the boss for me like this:įitting it all is a piece of piss, I routed the cable under the car into the engine bay (to protect from wheels) then behind the passenger side plastic wheel arch then through a gromet into the cabin, cable plugs into the AEM Uego guage, iv located mine on drivers piller, the cable just reaches. The same company seem to have a good price for the AEM Uego but its your choice if you want £160 plus post or my practicaly new one for £100 inc post. If you havnt decatted yours yet you can buy decat pipes with a boss already in them. The best thing to do is either weld in a boss into your downpipe or decat pipe as that is the right lenth away from the turbo for the sensor to have a happy life. So where is the best place to get the wideband boss from?You can put this in place of the stock lambda but the heat kills the wideband sensors quite quickly so its not recomended.
